Join us as we sit down with Lora Haase director of Yoga Rocks the Park. Yoga Rocks the Park is a FREE community event right here in Omaha that features yoga classes for all levels. The event will feature various rock-star yoga instructors with live local music! And of course we'll have to get Lora to show us a few poses to get us prepared!
