Patients and families living with epilepsy face many different challenges, which can become more difficult with more severe forms of the condition. Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) is a rare and severe form of epilepsy that typically begins in childhood and often leads to continued, difficult-to-manage seizures. Today we talk with Juiliann Paolicchi, MD, a New York physician specializing in the management of epilepsy, along with Dale Todd, the father of an LGS patient.
