Pepita Cream Spread

1 cup raw pepitas

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup water or stock

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Add all of the ingredients except for the olive oil to a food processor and begin processing.  Slowly pour in the olive oil as you blend.  When you've reached the consistency you like, it's done!
