Bean Team Three Bean Salad
Yield: Serves 4


1 can black soybeans (drained)

1 can garbonzo beans (drained)

1/2 bag of frozen Edamame (shelled)

  

½ c. low-fat red wine vinegar or Italian dressing

1 medium red bell pepper, diced

¼ c. diced green onions

 

Blend ingredients well. Cover salad and refrigerate overnight.
