All you need:
10 oz dark-chocolate chips – high-quality brand, 63%
cocoa or greater
1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
All you do:
1. In a small saucepan, slowly melt chocolate chips with evaporated milk. Stir frequently until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
2. Transfer to a fondue pot or crock pot to keep warm
3. Serve with assorted dippers: strawberries, pineapple, pretzels, marshmallows, dried apricots, apples, angel food cubes, etc.
