Ingredients:
1 contaiIner (8oz) light garden vegetable cream cheese
1 pkg (1oz) onion soup mix
½ cup fat-free sour cream
1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 can (8oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained, chopped
Fresh vegetables and crackers, optional
All you do:
1. Stir together all ingredients except vegetables and crackers in a bowl.
2. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
3. Serve with assorted vegetables and crackers if desired.
